1. Product introduction
1) This tester applies to test flammable vapor or gas’s maximum concentration and minimum concentration when it is burning under the condition of standard atmospheric pressure and setting temperature.
2) Special remind: can’t be used for testing the matter whose oxidability is better than air’s.
3) Conforms to ASTM E681 (Standard Test Method for Concentration Limits of Flammability of Chemicals (Vapors and Gases)).
2. Function characteristics
1) 8 inch LCD touch screen, windows CE operating system, embedded software can set experimental conditions and control experiment.
2) The remote automatic ignition control can ensure the safety of experimental personnel.
3) The protective door with anti-fog double-layer tempered glass viewing window and the back door for reducing pressure are both safe and reliable, and the former is convenient for observing.
4) With the dual interlock protection devices, the ignition operation is invalid when the door isn’t closed or the temperature don’t reach the target temperature.
5) The configuration of video monitoring system records the test process. The final result can be observed and judged by playback after the test.
6) Full automatic test process, supports parameter setting, data storage, view statements, and other functions.
