    Application 

     

    It mainly used to immunity detection and microanalysis in chemistry and biochemistry in hospital and relevant clinical laboratory. 

     

     

    Principle and Structure 

     

    * Working Principle 

    The instrument adopts photoelectric colorimetry with ELISA reagent to test. It tests the absorbance of standard liquid and detecting liquid firstly, and set out the content of detecting substance in sample liquid through analysis and calculation.

     

    * Structure Features

    The instrument has two main components: the mainframe and the printer.

    The mainframe is composed of optic system, 8-channel detection system, singlechip system and enzymatic plate driving system.

    The instrument can detect enzymatic plate that has 96 or 48 wells.

    *Main functions for DNM-9606 microplate reader:

    a. Instrument can do self-check in boot-strap.

    b. Instrument can select filter automatically.

    c. Instrument has the function of vibration.

    d. Instrument can communicate and it has two protocols to choose.

    e. Instrument can store 126 test-programs, which can be called in test.

    f. Instrument can store 126 groups of calibrating parameters and curve, and it also can store 105 groups of testing data for full-plate.

    g. Instrument has single and dual wavelength test to be selected by user.

    h. Instrument has the analysis function of absorbance, qualitative and quantitative. Thereinto qualitative test has two methods, which respectively is critical value and critical value adjustment, and you can setup the area of gray scale at will; the quantitative test has nine methods, which respectively is linear regression, semi-logarithm, full-logarithm, exponential regression, ratio regression, quadratic equation, point to point, ratio semi-logarithm and Logit-log curve.

    i. Instrument can output ten kinds data, which is respectively absorbance, critical value, feminine and masculine result, semi-quantitative value, concentration, normal reference value, judgment result, QC data, QC drawing and calibrating curve.

    j. Instrument can randomly store, inquire and print the QC data and QC curve in month for five items.
