Dynamic dispersion principle
Dynamic light scattering is used to detect the fluctuation of scattered light caused by particle Brown motion. The detector transforms the scattered light signal into the current signal, and then through the operation of the digital correlator, the velocity information of the diffusion of the particles in the solution is obtained, that is, the diffusion coefficient. The particle size and its distribution can be obtained by Stockes-Einstein equation.
All particles that can be stabilized in solution as Brown's motion.
