The pressure steam sterilizer is a vertical automatic quick sterilization device, with high-temperature saturated steam as the medium. It is suitable for rapid sterilization of equipment, dressing, rubber, liquid, glassware, culture media, waste and other items in laboratories, operating rooms, supply rooms, higher  education, animal husbandry, disease control, and all other medical and health and biomedical research institutes.

1. LCD displays the content necessary for experiments including device parameters, operation process and alarm information. 

2. Automatic process control system: manual setting of the experimental parameters, and simple and intuitive device operation.

3. All stainless steel cylinder chamber: the chamber uses 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel, and its wall is all -mirror polished, effectively reducing the residual dirt inside the cylinder, and facilitating user daily cleaning and maintenance of equipment.

4. Beautiful, high-performance exterior design: the top cover is constructed of melamine resin heat-resistant plastic, and equipped with the streamlined design of composite air efflux, perfectly embodying equipment superiority.

Security

1. Double safety protection device: program control temperature limit warning system; safety door interlock device: manual loop interlock with electronic safety latch. Effectively avoid the sudden opening of the door cover caused by misuse under abnormal conditions.

2. Anti-dry safety protection: the device is fitted with a temperature limit protection, which can effectively solve the baking problem of too many samples caused by overheating of the cylinder due to dry burn.

Performance Description

1. Internal heat circulation mechanism: improving the utilization of excess heat, reducing sterilization temperature rise time, and ensuring high power output of equipment during constant temperature sterilization. 

2. Rapid and efficient cooling system: the equipment is provided with a high power fan and  high-performance air pump to form convection wind guide structures inside and outside the cylinder, significantly decreasing equipment cooling time.
