KjeltecTM 8100 Kjeldahl apparatus provides a simple, safe and reliable solution for the automatic distillation process. The addition and analysis time of the lye can be pre programmed to ensure accurate results without being affected by human factors. Accurate bellows pumps provide long-term stability in reagent delivery. The KjeltecTM 8100 Kjeldahl nitrogen meter is very safe, equipped with a safety door sensor, a test tube incumbent sensor, a distillation temperature sensor, and a liquid / overvoltage sensor for the steam generator. The patented SAfE* technology reduces the overheating phenomenon of strong acid and alkali contact through special mixing process, thus further improving the safety of the system. The unique rotary safety door can completely protect the operator. Only when the digestive tube is in place and the safety door closes, can the system work. The safety door and drip tray can be easily removed and cleaned. The cooling water only starts at the time of analysis, and the automatic flow control function can further save water during the analysis.
