The thickness of the slice is 0.5 100um, the thickness of the block is 1-600, the horizontal sample is 28mm + 1mm, the step motor is controlled, the vertical distance is 70mm, the sample is retracted 5-100um, which is progressively reduced by 5um. This function can be shut down, the electric rough repair speed: 300um/s and 900mm/s.
